Grilled Fruit Recipes That Will Make Your Mouth Water




Anything can be cooked on a hot grill, even desserts! Enjoy a healthy snack by grilling your fresh fruits and turning them into delectable and mouth-watering sweet treats. Everyone will love an of these grilled fruit recipes that are perfect for any occasion!

Grilled Kiwi Bites With Creamy Coconut Fluff

What you need:

6 kiwifruit, halved lengthwise
1 can coconut cream, chilled overnight
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
To make the cream, remove the coconut cream from the fridge and turn the can upside down. Discard any liquid. Spoon the cream into a bowl along with the powdered sugar and beat into a fluff. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Heat kiwi slices on a pre-heated grill over medium heat for just a few minutes, just until the bottoms start to caramelize. Spoon a dollop of the coconut fluff on top of the grilled kiwi to serve.
Banana Split Grill Style

What you need:

4 bananas, halved lengthwise (with peel on)
2 peanut butter cups, chopped
2 cups creamy cashew frozen dessert
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup non-dairy milk
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 teaspoon maple syrup
Heat the chocolate chips and the milk together in a pot, stirring constantly, just until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth. Add the peanut butter and maple syrup and continue stirring until all ingredients are well-combined. Remove from heat. Heat bananas cut side down on a pre-heated grill until good grill marks appear. Flip once and continue grilling until bananas have softened. When ready, remove peels and place 2 bananas on each serving bowl. Place 2 scoops of cashew frozen dessert in each bowl, pour some warm milk chocolate mixture and top with chopped peanut butter cups.
Cinnamon-Mint Grilled Peaches

What you need:

6 peaches, halved and seeded
12 cloves
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup powdered sugar, divided
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon fresh chopped mint
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Place 1 clove in each peach half and sprinkle with mint and cinnamon. In a small bowl, combine butter, honey and brown sugar then brush each peach with the mixture. Heat through peaches on a pre-heated grill over medium-high heat for 4 to 6 minutes. Meanwhile, whip heavy cream with 1/2 cup powdered sugar. When peaches are ready, place on a serving platter. Top each peach with 1/2 tablespoon of sugar cream then top with remaining powdered sugar.
