- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cups light brown sugar packed
- 3 large eggs room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup Chai tea milk
Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 8 oz cream cheese full fat, room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups unsalted butter room temperature
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
