ZUCCHINI WITH FETA SALAD
INGREDIENTS
1 large zucchini
sea salt
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese, or goat cheese
raspberry vinaigrette salad dresssing
INSTRUCTIONS
slice zucchini very thinly, about 2 mm thick. Arrange on plate, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with dressing and add feta. Enjoy!
